Orange Clove focuses on providing cross-cultural style fusing Asian and International dishes with creative interpretation. The orange, a citrus fruit, is characterised by its freshness. This is also a quality that we want to be associated with, as we use only the freshest ingredients for our dishes. The clove, on the other hand, is a spice native to Indonesia but used worldwide. It represents our Asian-ness, in our re-interpretation of some of the international cuisines on our menu as well as our warm service. And just like the clove that spices up dishes, so does Orange Clove add tang to events with our delectable fare and unique presentation styles.
Quality Control and Food Safety Management
Being in the food business, we understand that food safety is top priority and hence we established our own in-house team of food safety officers since 2016.
Each kitchen is assigned a food safety officer who will go around conducting random and structured quality checks on our food and kitchen hygiene standards to ensure everything is in good order.
We are proud to say that almost all our catering brands are certified under ISO22000 food safety management system and many of them are also A Grade as awarded by AVA.
These helped to assure our customers of the quality, consistency and safety of the food that they received from us.
